If you’re attending our live CLE webinars or OnDemand CLE courses, we have some helpful notes for you:
Refer to the registration page and/or course flyer for detailed CLE information for each course.
To receive CLE credit, you must attend the entire course, including the Q&A session (if any), and click on all participation verification pop-up notifications. CLE credit is only issued when you are logged in using the email address on file, and all login links are personalized to you and should not be shared. BHBA cannot issue CLE credit where your attendance cannot be verified.
Please note that BHBA does not provide CLE credit to those who only listen to the audio of the course by phone or call-in only on Zoom.
CLE certificates are emailed to attendees immediately after attending a live CLE webinar on Zoom or after watching a course though BHBA OnDemand. They are also stored in BHBA+ for five years, making your State Bar compliance a breeze! One-click and you have all your proofs of attendance ready to go.
CLE Credit hours vary by jurisdiction.
The following jurisdictions have a 60-minute credit hour: AK, AL, AZ, AR, CA, CT, DE, GA, GU, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, ME, MN, MP, MS, MT, NE, NH, NV, NC, ND, NM, OH, OR, PA, PR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VI, VT, WA, and WY.
The following jurisdictions have a 50-minute credit hour: CO, FL, KS, MO, NJ, NY, OK, RI, WV, and WI.
To calculate your credit hours, simply divide the course’s duration (in minutes) by 60 or 50 minutes. Each jurisdiction also has different rounding rules in determining credit calculations. Check your jurisdiction’s rule summary for specific details. Your CLE certificate will include the final hours calculation for your State.

We do not provide refunds for CLE course cancellations. However, if the program is recorded, the OnDemand version of the program will be available to all registrants approximately three business days after the event.
Attorneys that are employed by an IRS §501(c)(3) organization or those with annual income of $75,000 or less qualify for free CLE courses. For more information, visit www.bhba.org/financialaid.
To access BHBA CLE courses, you’ll need the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge as your browser. You can use a computer (Mac or PC), mobile phone, or tablet to view all BHBA CLE courses. For desktop or laptop computers, you’ll need to be running Mac OS 10.
