BEVERLY HILLS BAR FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES GIFT TO HELP
FUND SCHOLARSHIPS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK

Beverly Hills, CA – July 29, 2021 – The Beverly Hills Bar Foundation (Foundation) is delighted to announce that its past Chief Executive Officer, Marc R. Staenberg, Esq., recently made a generous financial contribution to the Foundation.

“During his 15 years as CEO of both the Foundation and the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Marc shepherded the Foundation into a multi-faceted charitable organization which funds and supports not only law school scholarships, but a free legal clinic for the community, food service for the homeless, holiday gifts for children in need, and a rule of law writing competition. Marc’s very generous contribution to the Foundation will fund and support these ongoing programs and allow the Foundation to expand our reach, including launching a ‘low bono’ modest means legal referral service. We are deeply appreciative of this gift,” said Linda Spiegel, President of the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation.

The Foundation is committed to expanding access to justice, encouraging and promoting educational equity, supporting law students from economically and socially challenged backgrounds who want to practice public interest law, and continuing to support the Beverly Hills Bar Association Barristers who volunteer their time and legal skills to the community year in and year out. The Beverly Hills Bar Foundation will ensure the funds are used to help realize Marc Staenberg’s vision that the Foundation be a beacon of philanthropy in the Los Angeles region’s legal community.
