Brian is certifed by the State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization as a Family Law Specialist and has focused his practice exclusively on Family Law since he became a licensed attorney in 2012; he has worked in the feld of Family Law since 2001 and comes from a family of highly-respected Family Law attorneys.
Rachel Milman obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008. She focuses her law practice on advocacy for special needs children with their local school district and local regional center. She is a certifed Regional Center Self-Determination Program Independent Facilitator and a member of COPAA-Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates.
Olga Ginzburg obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2007. Her practice is devoted to family
law, with a special interest in representing parents of neurodivergent children with special
needs, including children with autism and autism spectrum diagnoses and ADHD. She is a
Certifed Regional Center Self-Determination Program Independent Facilitator and a member
of COPAA-Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates.
