This program offers a practical guide to the fundamentals of federal litigation, starting with an understanding of the local rules and the often-overlooked “local, local rules” specific to districts and judges. Participants will be guided through each stage of litigation, from case inception to trial, with practice tips provided throughout.
Christian Contreras is the principal and managing attorney of the Law Offices of Christian Contreras, PLC. Christian specializes in civil rights litigation bringing cases under 42 USC § 1983.
