California Appellate Court Decisions Affecting Real Property
Please join us for this annual overview of the top 2015 appellate court decisions affecting real property. Our speaker, Lawrence Jacobson, will summarize cases in a wide variety of cases under the umbrella of real estate law, including and not limited to: landlord-tenant, construction, finance, fiduciary duty and broker standard of care, foreclosure and short sales, land-use, environmental issues, purchase and sale agreements, title and escrow issues, HOA disputes, and vesting issues. This is a "must be there" event for all real estate attorneys. The participant will gain a substantial understanding of the current state of the law, and have the opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals.

Lawrence Jacobson, Esq.
A real estate attorney for more than 40 years, is highly respected as an expert witness in civil trials throughout Southern California, primarily in Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County. Mr. Jacobson is a published author and a frequent speaker on real estate matters, having been awarded the 'Spirit of CEB' award in 2011. He has served as an expert witness for litigation attorneys nationwide for more than 20 years. He continues to practice law in the areas of real estate and business transactions and litigation.
