CALIFORNIA E-DISCOVERY: Ethics, Evidence, the Changing Law, and ESI Social Media Legal Issues
This program will discuss current ESI issues including: (1) ESI Ethics (2) Recent major changes in the governing law (3) ESI Evidence /Admission issues and (4) ESI Social Media legal issues.

Don't miss this ESI presentation by distinguished speakers Gordon Cruse and Jim Hennehoefer, CA Family Law CFLS's, members of AAML, and graduates of the Georgetown eDiscovery Training Academy and the Arkfeld E-Discovery Training Course. They have lectured throughout the country on E- Discovery Issues. They will be discussing issues re: E- discovery - where to find ESI, how to get it and what a lawyer's duties are to the client and the court when it comes to e-discovery. With the 2015 e-discovery ethics opinion, having a basic understanding of e-discovery is required of every lawyer.
