This program will consist of a step by step introduction on how to handle criminal appeals and DMV Writs. Learn the Who, What, Where, When and Why of criminal appeals as well as how to take on the DMV after an adverse administrative hearing. Attorney Edward Blum will discuss common mistakes to avoid and case strategy on how to win with a writ or appeal.
