Curb Bad Behavior: Curtailing Harassment from Start to Finish
From the Start: As leaders, parents, siblings and co-workers, panel members will address how to recognize a budding harasser and nip the conduct in the bud.
In the Middle: Once it starts, panelists will provide tips on how to stop the harassing behavior before it becomes severe or pervasive.
At the Finish Line: When is it time to go to HR and/or a lawyer? And what happens next?

Speakers:

Jenifer Eaton, MA, BCBA and Marya Haff, M.S., BCBA are co-founders of J&M International Behavior Consulting, LLC. Both specialize in developmental problems and how to modify behavior in youth.

Ivy Kagan Bierman, a partner at Loeb & Loeb, who is currently serving as a member of the Legal, Legislative and Policy Committee on Sexual Harassment and Gender Parity for Time's Up and is outside counsel on Sexual Harassment and Gender Parity for The Commission on Eliminating Sexual Harassment and Advancing Equality in the Workplace.

David White is the National Executive Director and Chief Negotiator of SAG-AFTRA. David also serves as a Commissioner with the Anita Hill Commission.

Lourdes De Armas is a successful trial lawyer at AlderLaw and a member of the Executive Committee of the BHBA's Committee on Empowering Women.

Genie Harrison is the principal of the Genie Harrison Law Firm, APC, where she focuses her practice on plaintiff's sexual harassment and other employment claims, and school sex abuse matters.
