"Are You Covered? Or Naked and Afraid?"
Production and Production Company Insurance
The Beverly Hills Bar Association is presenting a panel discussion on insurance issues affecting entertainment companies and production.

Insurance is a necessary element of being in business and the production of content for television, theatrical and new media. It's required by all studios, networks, financiers and distributors. This panel will discuss the ins and outs of insurance for your clients' business as a whole and related to production. What staff, independent contractors are covered and how? What about loan-outs and workers' compensation? What special types of insurance are available and when are they needed? Are you protected from sexual harassment claims? What tips exist to best help producers avoid liability? This panel of experts will help navigate through the weeds and forests!

SPECIAL OFFER: Since this will contain valuable information for your production company clients, the BHBA is offering a special price for non-lawyers attending from companies, so you can invite your clients' Line Producers, EIC's, CFO's and Production Accountants - just have them call (310) 601-2422 x212.
