IMPLEMENTATION, REGULATION AND ENFORCEMENT: Challenges Facing the CA Cannabis Industry from the Regulators' Point of View

This program will focus on an overview of the California cannabis state regulatory system ("MAUCRSA"), including the license types and areas of legal and operational interest from the regulator's point of view. Significant differences between the current and proposed regulations will be examined while focusing on implementation issues impacting the regulations. The next steps in this process for regulations, licensing and enforcement will be highlighted.
