Our speaker will review the various interspousal fiduciary duties affected by the potential divorce. The presentation will also include the rules for tracing separate property and community property and the reimbursement rights where separate property has been converted to community property. In addition, it will cover complex conflict of interest issues that arise when the attorney has represented both spouses.
