Should You Meet with a Lawyer?
Legal advice is important at many times of our lives. Injury, divorce, business agreements, real estate transactions, wills and trusts are a few of the common reasons to seek legal help, but there are many others.
If you are uncertain about how to find a qualified attorney, the Lawyer Referral and Information Service is the perfect solution. We will refer you to an experienced attorney who can provide initial answers and advice for free so you can determine your next steps.
Cost of the Premium Phone Service and what it Covers
If you are not sure whether your questions or concerns merit a lawyer’s advice the Lawyer Referral and Information Service’s Premium Phone Service is the perfect solution for you. You may speak to a Qualified LRIS operator by phone to request a referral to an attorney for a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $35 which must be paid in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal (online only) Cashier’s Check, and Money Order.
How to Get Referred to an Attorney
Get started now by completing the online submission form.
After your request and payment (if applicable) are processed, we will contact you or you may contact us by phone (make sure to have your payment confirmation code available). After you receive the attorney’s contact information, you may contact the attorney directly to arrange your consultation.
What Happens After you Meet with the Attorney
That depends on your particular situation and needs. You are under no obligation to hire the attorney with whom you meet. If you choose to do so, you may negotiate the services, rates, and terms with him or her. If you need a referral to a second attorney for an additional consultation of up to 30 minutes there is an additional fee.
