This program provides judgment preparation solely for self-represented litigants following their contested bench trial.

Please Note: If your department is dark in the 2 weeks preceding Judgment AssistanceDay, it may delay the processing of your judgment.

The following cases are not appropriate for referral to Judgment Assistance Day:

  1. Cases involving a QDRO/pension/retirement/401(k), etc. plan;
  2. Cases where one of the parties is being represented (full or current limited scope) by attorney or assisted by a legal services organization.
  3. Stipulated judgments.
