Chris Beazer is Of Counsel with Gray Reed & McGraw, LLP where he concentrates his practice on transactional and administrative health care matters including the organization and regulatory compliance of physician practices, healthcare facilities and ancillary service providers. He is an Adjunct Professor at Baylor University School of Law and Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business, Robbins Institute of Health Policy & Leadership MBA program. He is a frequent speaker and author on subjects in the healthcare industry including those issues pertaining to healthcare transactional matters.

Mr. Beazer obtained his BBA in Finance and Juris Doctorate from Baylor University, his MBA in Health Services Management from the University of Dallas and his LLM in Health Law from Hofstra University. He is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, recognized as a leading healthcare lawyer in Texas by Chambers & Partners USA (2020 – 2022) and selected by his peers for inclusion in Woodward/White, Inc.’s The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Health Care Law (2019 – 2023).
