Rachel Milman obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008. She focuses her law practice on advocacy for special needs children with their local school district and local regional center. She is a certifed Regional Center Self-Determination Program Independent Facilitator and a member of COPAA-Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates.
