Samantha Aceves is a business litigation associate at Sinclair Braun Kargher LLP’s Los Angeles office. She is licensed in both California and Nevada and represents clients in commercial, insurance, and real estate disputes.
Sam graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, and obtained her J.D. from Loyola Law School where she was a Loyola Scholar. While at Loyola, Sam served as a research assistant to Professor Laurie Levenson and joined the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution. She also served on the board of La Raza de Loyola.
Prior to joining the firm, Sam externed for the Honorable Gregory Alarcon at the Los Angeles Superior Court. The following year, Sam served as a certified law clerk in the Sex Crimes division at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
