A mandatory settlement conference (MSC) program through the Los Angeles Superior Court. A Court ordered process, matching volunteer settlement officers with parties and their counsel on a virtual platform, reducing the backlog of cases on the court docket and resolving disputes for parties which might otherwise take years to get to trial.
