Dylan Ruga is a trial lawyer focused on complex litigation matters. Professional but tenacious, Dylan has earned a reputation among his clients and colleagues as a dedicated advocate who obtains results by outworking and outmaneuvering his opponents.
Dylan was raised in San Francisco and attended college in Ohio, where he played both varsity football and baseball. After returning to California, he graduated in the top 10% of his class at UCLA Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor on the UCLA Law Review. He began his legal career working in the chambers of a Southern California federal judge, where he learned how to be an effective advocate from the other side of the bench. From there, Dylan went into private practice as a litigation associate at Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan LLP, and then at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. Dylan became an equity partner at Steptoe in 2013 and remained there until 2016 when he founded Stalwart Law Group.
Brian Poulter is an experienced trial attorney who devotes his practice to representing individuals and their families in matters of personal injury and wrongful death. Brian has litigated and tried to verdict numerous commercial trucking, premises liability, and products liability cases, as well as countless auto, dangerous condition, security excessive force, and severe pedestrian and bicyclist injury cases. Brian also has extensive experience representing minors and the elderly in school liability and elder abuse cases. Through hard work, compassion, and creativity, Brian has obtained amazing results at trial and through settlement, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his deserving clients over the years against negligent individuals, public entities, school districts, and corporations.
Sean O’Neill is a partner and trial lawyer specializing in catastrophic personal injury, elder abuse, wrongful death, managed care liability, and medical malpractice matters on behalf of Plaintiffs throughout California.
Sean was born and raised in Carlsbad, California. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona and Pepperdine University School of Law. While in law school, Sean clerked in the United States Senate, Judiciary Committee, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office and for a number of high-profile litigation firms in Los Angeles. Mr. O’Neill was also selected to serve as a special editor to the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.
