About the Program

This panel will cover what it takes for brands, studios, and influencers to remain compliant with the recently updated FTC Endorsement Guides – including the updated “clear and conspicuous” disclaimer standard for social media posts, which has risen to the unavoidable level.

Our panelists will look at these issues from the brands/studios and talent/agency perspectives and will also focus on some of the key deal pain points that arise during negotiations, including exclusivity, approvals, morals clauses and reverse morals clauses.
