Courtroom Trial Presentation Kit Rentals

Hybrid Trial Equipment Rental (Zoom Kit)
The most common trial format now is “hybrid,” where Court and some or all counsel are in the courtroom, some or all witnesses appear via remote, and the jury may be in person or remote. Zoom Kit includes Wi-Fi network device, dedicated Zoom laptops, plus cameras for witness and counsel, and courtroom audio system setup. Dedicated Wi-Fi network.

If you’re looking for hybrid/remote trial support, we literally wrote and highly recommend the new ABA Book: The Online Courtroom: Leveraging Remote Technology in Litigation

Zoom Hosting on ZOOM FOR GOVERNMENT Platform
While some courts offer Zoom, MS Teams, BlueJeans, WebEx, LA CourtConnect or other platforms, the Court may allow parties to stipulate to a third party (e.g., Litigation-Tech LLC) handling the remote platform hosting. In our experience, most are quite appreciative and supportive of this approach.

NOTE: If your trial will involve any remote access, please consider the following questions.

1.Will the trial be completely remote, or a hybrid format, possibly with some counsel and/or witnesses in the courtroom?
2.Will the Court be hosting the Zoom, or will they want us to handle that?
3.Will we need to set up any Zoom cameras and equipment in the courtroom or elsewhere?
4.Will opposing counsel be sharing costs, and if so, which costs will they agree to share?
5.If we are providing the Zoom Gov platform hosting, will we be running that from the courtroom, or remotely?
Additional costs may include fees and expenses for services or items not known at this time. Any estimates provided are intended only to serve as a rough guideline of costs and expenses. Actual invoice amount will vary according to the needs of counsel and trial team.
