We are a placement service, not an agency—we do the matching and interviewing process, but you hire the temporary or permanent candidates. You pay PRS a small commission either weekly (for temps) or at the time of hiring a permanent employee. We pre-screen and place legal secretaries, paralegals, receptionists, and general office staff for almost every type of law firm practice in the greater Los Angeles area—in-person, remote, and hybrid positions. A contract will formalize the relationship between you and PRS. Our pre-screening and interviewing processes cannot guarantee a particular outcome or the decision to hire is always yours as an employer.
