Barry has practiced law for over 50 years (in Florida-1971, Israel-1997). He was elected Miami-Dade County, Florida Commissioner from 1976 through 1990 as well as a Certified Mediator in the of State of Florida.

Barry served as Judge Pro-Tem, Municipal Court, City of Santa Fe, NM. He is a Lobbyist, a past owner of a Farmers Insurance Agency, an Investment Banker (FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed). A Certified Managerial Mediator, workplace mediator, an Arbitrator, a Negotiator and was nominated to the Board of Governors – US Postal Service by President Ronald Reagan. Mr. Schreiber is also a financier/producer of independent films, a member of SAG/AFTRA since 1985, acted in numerous films and TV shows, investor in hi-tech startups, entrepreneur and 32d degree Mason/Shriner.
