Barry has practiced law for over 50 years (in Florida-1971, Israel-1997). He was elected Miami-Dade County, Florida Commissioner from 1976 through 1990 as well as a Certified Mediator in the of State of Florida. 

Currently, Marketing Manager for Allied Interpreting and Translating Services, his focus is on attorneys and business professionals being aware of the legal ramifications of interpreting and translating for their practice or business. He offers a free one-hour MCLE credit on “The Legal Ramifications of Interpreting and Translating” directed to attorneys, law offices and bar associations. Barry served as Judge Pro-Tem, Municipal Court, City of Santa Fe, NM. He is a Lobbyist, a past owner of a Farmers Insurance Agency, an Investment Banker (FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed). A Certified Managerial Mediator, workplace mediator, an Arbitrator, a Negotiator and was nominated to the Board of Governors – US Postal Service by President Ronald Reagan. Mr. Schreiber is also a financier/producer of independent films, a member of SAG/AFTRA since 1985, acted in numerous films and TV shows, investor in hi-tech startups, entrepreneur and 32d degree Mason/Shriner.
