Daniel F. Freedman is a partner in the firm’s Government, Land Use, Environment and Energy practice, where he assists clients on matters relating to real estate development, zoning, land use entitlements, and compliance with complex local, state and federal regulations such as CEQA, NEPA, Coastal Act, federal and state housing laws, and historic designation regulations. Daniel has more than a decade of experience assisting and advising on residential, industrial, commercial and mixed-use developments, as well as projects involving renewable energy, transit, outdoor advertising, mining and waste management. He also represents clients on related civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, and is an experienced lobbyist on local, state, and federal matters.
