Don Willenburg is a distinguished “appellate luminary” recognized by California Litigation. Formerly heading the Appellate Practice Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco and leading the amicus briefs committee for over a decade at the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, he specializes in winning appeals and writs across diverse cases such as product liability, employment disputes, and construction defects. Notably, he played a key role in persuading the California Supreme Court to revisit improper rulings on jurisdiction over non-California defendants.
