Nancy has been an attorney with The Community Tax Law Project for over ten years and assumed the role of Executive Director in January 2023. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and before the United States Tax Court. Nancy represents low-income taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and the Virginia Department of Taxation at all levels of controversy including audits, collections, innocent spouse relief, and U.S. Tax Court.
