Biller Chapter 11 bankruptcy case; a prestigious Delaware law firm in the EMAK Worldwide, Inc. Chapter 11 bankruptcy case; Level 3 Communications, LLC in the TCAST Communications, Inc. Chapter 11 bankruptcy case; and the reorganized debtor in In re Meruelo Maddux Properties, Inc., and multi-party litigation resulting from the confirmed Chapter 11 plan of reorganization in that case.
