An attorney for over 30 years, Mr. Levin actively litigates cases involving elder neglect and abuse, financial elder abuse, and trust and estate litigation. Mr. Levin has been invited to teach other members of the legal profession how to litigate elder abuse cases, at seminars sponsored by the Continuing Education of the Bar, the Elder Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and other privately sponsored courses. Mr. Levin is an instructor on trial skills involving elder law issues at an annual symposium for UCLA physicians.
