Mr. Beltran is an expert in the area of special needs trusts, and trusts in general. He has successfully litigated on behalf of his clients for denied benefits in front of many agencies, including Regional Centers. He has helped his clients secure benefits for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security Disability and Special Education. He also represents clients in Elder Law, Guardianship and Conservatorship matters.
In his spare time, Mr. Beltran builds custom guitars.
