Ghada Audi serves as tribunal chair, sole arbitrator, emergency arbitrator and by party- appointment under the rules of various arbitral institutions as well as ad hoc. In June 2023, Ghada was empaneled by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). In October 2020, she joined the commercial arbitration panel of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Ghada was named to the roster of arbitrators of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in February 2020 to arbitrate securities-related disputes. She is an appointed panel member of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre (Manama and Riyadh) since May 2012.

Known for his leadership and accomplishments, particularly for clients with business interests in China, Malcolm is a panel member on the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the Beijing International Arbitration Commission, and the Harbin Arbitration Commission. Malcolm serves as the co-leader of ArentFox Schiff’s International Group, and is the president of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
