Mauricio has extensive experience in comprehensive client counseling in all aspects of intellectual property law. He has a business focused approach to client representation leveraging more than 8 years of experience as a seconded attorney for various international companies.  Mauricio is well versed in patent prosecution matters and portfolio development, especially in software, electrical and telecommunication technologies. He has counseled various clients on patent and technology licensing matters, including standards essential patent licensing.

Greta focuses her practice on commercial litigation and intellectual property. Prior to founding Heppenstall & Schultz, Greta led a litigation team at a national top-tier civil litigation firm representing global technology companies, software developers, insurance carriers, medical device manufactures, and other business owners in both Federal and State court.

Greta has a track record of success in a wide range of cases, including trade secrets, unfair competition, fraud, defamation, and other complex business disputes.  Additionally, Greta has litigated and resolved trademark disputes at the United States Trademark Trial and Appeals Board and in Federal court.  Greta is currently serving as Chair of the Intellectual Property, Internet & New Media section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
