Bruce Givner with KFB Rice, LLP is rated as a California “SuperLawyer” and has had a MartindaleHubbell AV Pre-eminent Peer Review Rating for over 30 years. Bruce has written three books on estate tax planning and one on community property for the California CPA Society and two on estate planning for the AICPA. He has co-authored 17 chapters in four treatises for the California Continuing Education of the Bar, and has had over 110 articles published in professional journals. Bruce graduated from U.C.L.A, Columbia University Law School, and N.Y.U’s Graduate Tax Law Program. His most recent book, available on Amazon, is “My Watergate Scandal Tell-All: How I Unwittingly Caused this Historic Event.”
Mr. Givner has been practicing tax law for over four decades concentrating on income tax planning, estate tax planning, sophisticated retirement plans, asset protection planning, charitable planning, capital gain planning, tax litigation, and the representation of high net worth and high-income families, as well as individuals and their closely held corporations.
