Join us for an insightful discussion about the evolving legal framework for both creators and developers as to choreographic works, particularly in the context of video games and viral dance moves, as digital media and esports continue their rapid rise in popularity in entertainment. The discussion will be led by David L. Hecht of Hecht Partners LLP who represented Kyle Hanagami, an eminent choreographer for some of the most famous artists in the world, in the case Hanagami v. Epic Games Inc. et al, which established new and important legal precedent for choreographic copyright.
