About the Program

A lively discussion on ethics, risk management, and legal malpractice considerations for trust and estate practitioners. Anne Rudolph and Heather L. Rosing will discuss critical issues such as the nature of the client, scope of representation, and conflict of interest issues specific to the practice area. They will discuss not only the rules and case law applicable to these threshold matters, but practical solutions for minimizing your risk and avoiding run ins with the State Bar.

Ms. Rudolph practices in the area of probate and T&E litigation, and has substantial experience on issues pertaining to attorney ethics.

Ms. Rosing practices in the area of legal malpractice defense, and provides counseling and expert witness testimony pertaining to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
