Reporting entities organized on or after January 1, 2024, have 30 days to file reports. ?Updates must be filed within 30 days of any reportable change.? Reports are filed with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Civil and criminal penalties may be imposed for non-compliance. He also represents clients in international and domestic tax controversy matters.
William K. Norman is a Partner of the Southern California tax law firm of Norman & Zak. He is a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law (State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization). He is admitted to practice in California and Wyoming and has practiced tax law for over 35 years. His practice is focused on international tax and business law.
Howard S. Fisher is a member of the California Bar (Board Certified Taxation Specialist), and the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn ([London, England – Student Bencher]). Mr. Fisher studied at the American College In Paris, and received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California in 1973. He studied law at Southwestern University (J.D. 1976), the University of Cambridge, in England (LL.B. with honours 1977, Corpus Christi College), and completed post-graduate studies in international business and taxation at Harvard University Law School (PIL).
Mr. Fisher specializes in representing wealthy entrepreneurs and their families – his practice includes tax planning, business and commercial transactions, real estate transactions, trust/estate litigation and tax controversy.
