Emily joined the Firm in 2012 and has made invaluable contributions to helping our clients, being a great colleague and friend, and contributing to her community. In her eight years at the Firm, Emily has provided practical advice to employers about a wide range of employment issues, most recently focusing on developing COVID-19 response plans, and has defended litigation ranging from single-plaintiff wrongful termination and discrimination claims to significant, bet-the-company, class-action wage-and-hour cases. Emily also has assisted our clients with matters involving traditional labor before the National Labor Relations Board.
