Stephanie Blondell, lead faculty for the Pepperdine Straus Institute’s popular Women’s Negotiation Academy, will explore recent research regarding the role of gender in negotiation. Professor Blondell will challenge participants to consider the various biases that can bedevil and/or support both men and women in negotiations and identify techniques to overcome or use these biases to advantage.
