Silvana Naguib is an experienced litigator who has handled civil and criminal matters in state and federal court. She has practiced in California, Illinois, and the District of Columbia. She has handled a wide variety of cases including property law disputes, civil rights class actions, ADA access lawsuits, constitutional law claims arising out of prisons, jails, and psychiatric institutions, civil commitment and guardianship, and a range of criminal matters. She is an expert “courtroom lawyer” with over a decade of experience in jury trials as well as oral argument in trial and appellate courts.
