Discovery. The essentials of the discovery process, including key terminology, timetables, and how to prepare, organize, and respond to discovery requests in support of the supervising attorney.
Legal Document Drafting. How to draft and prepare the core litigation documents attorneys depend on, including pleadings, motions, proofs of service, and other supporting materials.
Court Filing and Procedures. The practical knowledge needed to file documents correctly, meet court deadlines, follow local rules, and manage correspondence with the court on behalf of the attorney.
Case Management and Litigation Support. How to support attorneys through the full lifecycle of a civil case, from initial filing through resolution, including calendaring, deadline tracking, file organization, and day-to-day case coordination.
