Mediation Training – Complimentary Access

Complimentary access registration

BHBA’s 40-hour Mediation Training meets state and court requirements. It is free for members, for attorneys at nonprofits, and for volunteers who commit to serving as neutrals.

Eligibility

Who this is for

BHBA members already have access. Log in at bhba.org/login to start the course. Everyone else who qualifies below should complete the form. Questions can go to .

Who qualifies for free access

BHBA members. Most membership levels include the training at no cost.
Attorneys at §501(c)(3) organizations. No membership required.
Fee arbitration volunteers. Commit to conducting at least two arbitrations for BHBA’s Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program in the year following certification.
Resolve Law LA volunteers. Commit to conducting at least two MSCs in the year following certification.
