BHBA’s Mediation Training program is available free to most members (login at www.bhba.org/login to access), attorneys at any §501(c)(3) organizations, or those who commit to volunteering with BHBA’s Mandatory Fee Arbitration Program (must conduct at least two arbitrations in the year following certification) or Resolve Law LA (must conduct at least two MSCs in the year following certification)..

Non-BHBA members who meet any of the free requirements should complete the form below form to receive access to the course.
