Attendance and CLE Credit Policy

To receive CLE credit, you must:

  • Attend the entire course, including any Q&A session.
  • Click on all participation verification pop-ups during the course.
  • Log in using the email address associated with your BHBA+ account to access the CLE; all login links are personalized and should not be shared.


BHBA cannot issue CLE credit where attendance cannot be verified.

BHBA does not provide CLE credit to those who only listen to the audio by phone or by calling in via Zoom. If you are experiencing login issues, contact us immediately at .

CLE Certificates & One-Click Compliance

CLE certificates are:

  • Emailed immediately after attending a live CLE webinar or after completing a BHBA OnDemand course.
  • Stored in BHBA+ for five years, making State Bar compliance easy. With one click, you can access all your proofs of attendance.

CLE Accreditation & Jurisdictions

Eligible Jurisdictions

BHBA CLE programs are eligible for credit in jurisdictions with mandatory CLE requirements, subject to accreditation rules. Refer to the registration page for specific course approvals. For assistance or inquiries about CLE credit in other states, please contact us at .

BHBA is an accredited or approved sponsor in:

  • California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Vermont.
  • Courses may qualify for New York credit through the state’s approved jurisdiction policy.

You may self-apply for CLE credit in Colorado, Alabama, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Rhode Island.

BHBA’s programs meet CLE eligibility criteria in:

  • Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, and New Hampshire, where attorneys must apply for credit individually and may be responsible for accreditation fees.
