She brings more than thirty years of experience in litigation consulting and forensic accounting, with particular depth in calculating economic damages, including lost profits. Her work also covers shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud investigations, and bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters. A certified public accountant who is also certified in financial forensics and as an insolvency and restructuring advisor, Maryellen has been designated as an expert witness and has testified more than one hundred times in trials, depositions, and arbitrations. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, health care, insurance, construction, real estate, securities, and transportation.
