Evan W. Walker is a San Diego plaintiff attorney and founder of The Law Office of Evan Walker, where he represents individuals in serious personal injury and major property damage cases. Before founding his firm in 2015, he spent years defending insurance companies in complex claims litigation, giving him firsthand insight into how insurers evaluate, delay, and deny claims — knowledge he now applies on behalf of policyholders and injury victims.
Evan is a regular legal analyst on local news, a frequent CLE speaker, and a contributor to the Continuing Education of the Bar. He is also under contract with James Publishing for a forthcoming book on insurance settlements. He serves on the Board of Directors of Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, one of California’s largest plaintiff-side trial lawyer organizations.
