Laurence Hummer helps with the sale, leasing, and development of commercial and residential real estate and with disputes over real estate, construction, business organizations, contracts, and unfair competition. He has tried cases involving purchase contracts, construction contracts, quiet title to real estate, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and commercial collections. He has resolved many real estate boundary, easement, and encroachment disputes for businesses and homeowners. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the LACBA’s Real Property Section. Mr. Hummer co-authored and regularly updates Chapter 8, Boundary Easements and Neighboring Property Rights in the treatise California Easements and Boundaries: Law and Litigation, published by Continuing Education of the Bar California.
