Heather L. Rosing is a Founding Partner of Rosing Pott & Strohbehn, where she leads the firm’s Complex Litigation and Professional Liability Department as well as its Discipline Defense, Ethics, and Risk Management Department. A Certified Specialist in Legal Malpractice Law, Ms. Rosing has earned a nationwide reputation as a formidable litigator in complex and multiparty matters involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, professional negligence, malicious prosecution, civil conspiracy, RICO, and related claims. Her practice also includes administrative law, representing attorneys, judges, and other professionals before disciplinary bodies, including the State Bar of California and the Commission on Judicial Performance. In addition, she is a highly sought-after risk management advisor, consultant, and expert witness for law firms, professional organizations, fiduciaries, and corporate leaders on issues of ethics, professional responsibility, and law firm governance.
