Ethics Issues in Real Property Development Projects

This webinar will explore ethical issues that occur in major real estate development projects for the transactional attorney. Our panelist will cover key considerations for the initial client consultation, specifically those related to entity formation and ownership structure; identifying the client and the scope of representation; the importance of the engagement letter; conflicts of interest, including unwaivable and springing conflicts; and the termination of the engagement and management of client files.
