So many clients wonder whether their U.S. wills, trusts and powers of attorney will suffice for assets they own in other countries. Often they will NOT suffice. This program will explore the issues particular to owning assets in Israel, and/or to having heirs residing in Israel.
Attorney Osher Felicia Haleli is U.S. born and licensed, living and working in Israel. She has been practicing U.S. estate planning law for 25 years. During the last 15 years, her focus has been U.S.-International private law. Though she is not licensed in Israel, she is intimately familiar with the cross-border issues arising when planning for global families.
