About the Program

Startup Law Initiative: Employment

The BHBA Startup law Initiative intends to provide practical legal resources to the startup community through a series of carefully designed webinars offered in two parts, a list of selected texts, and a library of downloadable reference materials.

Through a series of webinars with scheduled question and answer periods, cohorts of founders, managers, and advisors of startups will be informed about basic legal requirements and best practices for establishing and their growing innovative enterprises.
