Briony Pollard is a partner in Willkie’s Privacy, Cybersecurity & Data Strategy group. She is based in Willkie’s London office.
Briony advises on the data protection and privacy aspects of corporate, M&A and private equity transactions and commercial agreements, as well as data protection, privacy and cybersecurity related governance and risk management, crises and investigations. Her practice also involves advising on the creation, development and investment in data driven products and services, helping clients to navigate the legal risks, challenges and opportunities involved, as well as the business implications of existing, new and evolving legislation and regulation.
