Judge Dennis Saab has been a judge on the State Bar Court since July 2019. He presides over a variety of cases involving California attorneys. The cases comprise of professional misconduct, criminal convictions, inactive enrollment due to mental illness or infirmity, reinstatement after suspension and disbarment, and others. Judge Saab also hears cases involving the State Bar Court’s Alternative Discipline Program for attorneys with substance abuse and/or mental health illness who have committed misconduct. He is currently the supervising judge of the court’s trial department.
