Obtaining a full defense victory as co-lead counsel in a trade secret theft matter with over $500 million in damages at stake. Evan obtained this victory on behalf of a well-known, leading technology company accused of misappropriating an intricate technical process. She and the team prevailed on summary judgment shortly before trial in the complex division of the Santa Clara Superior Court.
